Pulpcasts EP 7: The Feel Good Ep

In our final episode, we spoke about everything that makes us feel good, including great food and relaxation techniques, which help to manage stress during this busy time of the semester. 

Remember the first trick to making it through exams is maintaining self-care. Getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and spending time with people you care about are all ways to reduce stress.

While we’re all slightly worried about the semester drawing to an end, we also can’t believe how fast time has gone! Celebrate making it through semester 1 with your friends by checking out some of our favourite food places including Bad Hombres at Surry Hills and Babylon rooftop bar in Westfield Mall in Pitt Street.

We also had a chat about setting our half-yearly goals! Being halfway into the year think about what ways you might want to get out of our comforts zones and try something new.
