HEADSPACE: USU’S NEW CHARITY PARTNER

We’re pleased to announce our new Charity Partner for 2014-2015 – headspace! headspace Camperdown plays a vital role in supporting Australian youth in a wide range of issues including isolation, bullying, drug and alcohol abuse, depression, anxiety and relationships. They provide early intervention multidisciplinary youth health services to 12-25 years, community engagement with members of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander groups, family and friend services and a LGBTIQ safe space. headspace also offers confidential Medicare or low fee services with referral to appropriate care. By partnering with headspace, we hope to help connect students to this great organisation and also raise awareness about their amazing work in the community. Look out for headspace activities throughout the year. Feel like you need help with something? Contact headspace
